Shipping for Richard McKinley Workshops

Richard McKinley Workshop orders will be shipped in bulk, along with other orders, to the workshop you are registered for free of charge

If you prefer to have your order shipped to an individual address, we will access a shipping charge to your order. We will call your once your order is received and confirm the shipping location and let you know the addition fee.


Central Art Return Policy

In the event that a return is needed, please contact Central Art Supply within 90 days. Returns due to damage, defective product, or wrong item shipped will be reviewed for proper return or disposal.

If merchandise is returned for reasons outside of those listed above, the customer is responsible for the return freight.

Returning Stock Items

When returning stock items contact Central Art Supply for a Return Authorization number at 541-773-1444 or email ann@centralartsupply.com.

Return shipping can be arranged with the shipper of your choice; however, we do encourage you to use a shipper with a reliable tracking system such as FedEx or UPS. If the shipment is lost or damaged on its way back to Central Art you may follow up with the shipper for claim resolution.
