All skill levels welcome.
SUPPLY LIST
Bring what you have! I don't require a certain brand, or that you have the same colors I do, but I strongly recommend high-quality paints and paper. Here are some of my recommendations:
- Daniel Smith Primatek paints create AMAZING textures all on their own - doing a lot of the work for you! Make sure you have a variety of colors, starting with the primaries.
- Arches is my favorite brand of paper, and a block is really convenient for classwork (otherwise you'll need tape). Also bring inexpensive watercolor paper for practice work.
- Watercolor brushes. I favor round brushes, and recommend having a variety of sizes. Also a liner and scrub brush are very helpful.
- Palette - preferably one with a lid and wells for mixing.
- Water cup
- Towels, or paper towels
- Pencil
- Kneaded eraser
