Individualized Study Program for Artists
All Levels | All Mediums | Personalized Instruction

This ongoing class is designed to support artists of any skill level—whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your personal style. Each artist sets their own creative goals and receives individualized guidance, weekly exercises, and study materials tailored to their artistic path.

Whether your interest lies in realism or abstraction, landscape or portrait, pencil or paint—this flexible format meets you where you are and helps you grow from there.

How It Works:

• Set your personal goals at the start of each month
• Receive weekly assignments and feedback based on your focus
• Work at your own pace—one painting at a time, from start to finish
• Update or shift your goals as you evolve

End-of-Class Sharing:
Each session ends with an optional, gentle critique. Artists are invited to share their progress, challenges, and insights—creating a supportive space for learning from both instructor and peers.

Important Notes:
To ensure personalized instruction, students are asked to submit their monthly goals at least one week before the first class. This allows for thoughtful planning and preparation.

Beginners should bring the following materials:

- Sketchbook
- pencils, eraser
- black Sharpie
- pad of tracing paper
- Set of 12 Nupastels
- Pad of pastel or charcoal paper
- low-tack tape
- foam core or other surface to tape paper
